We eliminate energy blockages in the joints of the physical body, improve coordination, self-awareness and 

self-confidence by practicing asanas.

 

Pranayama allows us to activate and regulate the life force within ourselves in order to attain a higher state of vibratory energy and awareness.

 

Chanting mantras guides us through introspection, leading to meditation and self-realization.
