Warrior Yoga

Santiago's unique Warrior Yoga class is a mixture of Ashtanga, Gokul and Pralaya Yoga traditions and his classes are taught in Spanish. In class, the primary focus is to be conscientious of our breathing, constant spatial awareness and controlled body movements. This class will help students develop consistency, awareness and a disciplined yoga practice.

 

During class, students will develop their own natural sense of body alignment, strength, flexibility and balance. These classes are designed for beginners seeking to learn the basics of Yoga, as well as advanced students seeking to take their practice to the next level. This class is designed for students who truly want to see a physical, mental and spiritual change in their life.

Santiago initiated his yoga journey over 15 years ago and is currently a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
